Job Description
Synergy Clinics is a provider of integrated specialist and sub-specialist medical services, including Nephrology, Urology, Oncology, and Radiology. We are seeking a Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care within the Department of Medicine, support program development, and contribute to achieving high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered medical care.
Drive the growth and enhancement of departmental services.
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Promote teamwork within multidisciplinary care settings.
Support medical education and mentorship programs for junior staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
Master of Medicine (MMed) in Internal Medicine.
Must be currently registered and licensed by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
Specialist recognition by the KMPDC.
At least 1 year of post-graduate experience following specialization.
Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
