About the Role\n\nThe Commercial & Marketing Manager will provide strategic leadership in driving revenue growth, brand positioning, and audience expansion for the media house, ensuring alignment with its Christ-centered mission. The role integrates commercial strategy, marketing, and partnerships to deliver sustainable income streams across broadcast, digital, and event platforms while advancing a digital-first approach to content distribution and engagement. The position reports to the Head of Media.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n* Provide Christ-centered leadership by upholding CITAM and Hope Media values, modeling integrity, discipline, and ethical conduct.\n* Develop and execute integrated strategies to drive revenue across broadcast, digital, and event platforms (advertising, partnerships, sponsorships, new business).\n* Lead marketing strategies to strengthen Hope Media’s brand visibility, audience reach, and engagement across TV, radio, and digital channels.\n* Drive digital-first initiatives including social media, streaming, and online campaigns to monetize digital content effectively.\n* Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, sponsors, donors, and strategic partners.\n* Align programming and campaigns with market needs by working with content, technical, and operations teams.\n* Develop and manage commercial and marketing budgets, monitor performance, and ensure ROI.\n* Track marketing performance and revenue metrics, preparing regular reports for leadership to refine strategy.\n* Establish and lead a high-performing and effective commercial team.\n\n### Qualifications and Requirements\n\n* Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.\n* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.\n* An MBA in Marketing or Strategic Management is an added advantage.\n* Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Strategic Leadership (e.g., CIM, AMA, or equivalent) is desirable.\n* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a similar role, including leading high-performing sales teams.\n* Strong networking and stakeholder relationship management skills.\n* Strong grasp of digital marketing ecosystems (analytics, content marketing, social media strategy).\n* Proven track record in revenue generation, advertising sales, and strategic partnerships.\n* Strong commercial acumen with experience in monetization, pricing, and driving ROI across various platforms.\n* Awareness of Christian media landscapes and alignment with faith-based content values.\n\n### How to Apply\n\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online by visiting the official recruitment portal:
