Victory Farms is looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our expanding team. This role is central to our commercial operations, focusing on providing actionable insights through data analysis, managing sales performance reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of commercial financial processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Validate data for accuracy and consistency before sharing.
Highlight key trends and support the team with performance insights.
Incentives & Bonus Management
Prepare and verify bonus calculations.
Maintain clarity on bonus structures and updates.
Coordinate with Commercial Systems Manager, and HR to support smooth approvals and payouts.
Commercial Process Support
Manage pricing updates and sales data requests.
Maintain SOPs for key commercial processes.
Flag any process gaps or data inconsistencies.
Data Quality
Clean and reconcile data across systems.
Monitor data accuracy and coordinate resolution where needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Communicate clearly and respond within agreed timelines.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
4–5 years’ experience in commercial analysis, business analysis, sales reporting, or operations analytics.
Proven experience in preparing accurate commercial and sales reports.
Experience managing incentive, commission, or bonus calculations.
Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups).
Experience working with ERP, CRM, or commercial reporting systems.
Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
