This role is for a results-oriented, self-driven, and experienced professional to join the marketing team of a reputable Medical and Health Sciences Training Institution. The primary responsibility is executing marketing campaigns and driving student enrollment initiatives for the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing plans in liaison with the Marketing Officer.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters in a timely manner.
- Generate live leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Provide input on the creation of advertising and promotional materials.
- Participate in evaluating marketing activities to measure effectiveness.
- Implement go-to-market campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve enrollment goals.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
- Participate in the preparation of marketing budgets.
- Support initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with media organizations for effective brand positioning.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities across platforms including websites, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads, and provide social media performance reports.
Key Requirements & Competencies
- Degree in Marketing or a related business field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Strong networks within the media fraternity.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed stretched targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
