Role Purpose

The primary goal of this position is to help the company grow by actively bringing in new customers and developing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

As an effective telesales representative, your duties include:

• Closing sales deals effectively over the phone.
• Maintaining positive and productive customer relationships.
• Comfortably and persuasively presenting company products or services over the phone.
• Effectively dealing with customer complaints and doubts.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Education: BA/BSc/HND or MBA/MSc/MA qualification.
• Experience: 3 - 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Location: Nairobi (Onsite)
• Compensation: KSh 30,000 - KSh 50,000 per month.
