Sheer Logic Management Consultants (SLMC) is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (HR) to develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients and business stakeholders. The role ensures timely and successful delivery of HR solutions according to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Ensure TORs and SLAs are executed as per contract expectations.
- Manage contract renewals for staff.
- Oversee leave administration and maintain accurate electronic staff records.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, coaching, and mentoring for superior performance.
Payroll Administration
- Handle PIN, NSSF, and NHIF follow-ups.
- Collaborate with HR and Accounts for payroll preparation and fee notes.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices and POs and follow up on payments.
- Prepare monthly payroll lists and ensure vacant positions are filled promptly.
Employee Relations and Welfare
- Chair monthly staff meetings and handle staff complaints/grievances.
- Implement HR policies and provide advice on disciplinary actions.
- Promote workplace safety and organize staff welfare activities.
New Business Development
- Prospect for new business opportunities and perform cold calls.
- Build relationships with new clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and pitch proposals that address client needs.
- Participate in service pricing and handle negotiations.
Risk Management
- Identify and document risks and loss exposures.
- Monitor staff behavior and ensure compliance with safety and reputational standards.
- Accountable for following risk control procedures and recommending training.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with a bias in HR, or a Business-related diploma.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership or client management role.
- Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
