SALIX is a global data solutions provider with a presence in Cincinnati, Kenya, and India. The Client Relationship Associate will be responsible for vendor coordination, communication, and ensuring compliance across various projects. This role is highly process-driven and requires professional interaction with external stakeholders to maintain high service standards.
Note: This role follows EST working hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday) and requires availability during Kenyan public holidays in alignment with the client schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Coordination & Communication
Manage vendor portals to track compliance requirements and updates.
Communicate with vendors via email and phone to request and follow up on documentation.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently.
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with external stakeholders.
Documentation & Compliance Support
Review vendor submissions for accuracy and completeness.
Track outstanding requirements and follow up consistently.
Maintain organized, up-to-date records across systems.
Flag missing or non-compliant documentation for escalation.
Client Support
Support day-to-day compliance operations in line with client expectations.
Provide timely updates on progress, issues, and outstanding items.
Escalate risks or delays proactively.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: 0–2 years’ experience in administration, operations, or customer-facing roles.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; confidence handling phone and email communication professionally.
Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and reliability in managing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Environment: Comfort working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
