Salix Data is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to join our team. This role focuses on vendor coordination, compliance documentation, and providing essential support to maintain client relationships. This is a process-driven role requiring high attention to detail and professional communication skills.
Special Working Conditions:
This role follows EST working hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday) and requires availability during Kenyan public holidays in alignment with the client schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Coordination & Communication
Manage vendor portals to track compliance requirements and updates.
Communicate with vendors via email and phone to request and follow up on documentation.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently.
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with external stakeholders.
Documentation & Compliance Support
Review vendor submissions for accuracy and completeness.
Track outstanding requirements and follow up consistently.
Maintain organized, up-to-date records across systems.
Flag missing or non-compliant documentation for escalation.
Client Support
Support day-to-day compliance operations in line with client expectations.
Provide timely updates on progress, issues, and outstanding items.
Escalate risks or delays proactively.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–2 years’ experience in administration, operations, or customer-facing roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence handling phone and email communication professionally.
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
Reliable, consistent, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
