Tom Mboya University, which traces its roots to the Maseno University Learning Centre established in Homa Bay town, is seeking a qualified Clerk of Works. The role involves overseeing construction projects and maintenance activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while adhering to professional building specifications, engineering standards, and statutory regulations.
