The role of the Clerk of Works involves rigorous site supervision and ensuring construction quality assurance across active building sites. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of construction works according to specifications, standards, and stringent health and safety requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience as a Clerk of Works on active construction sites.
• Proven track record in site supervision and construction quality assurance.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality development projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction health and safety standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in preparing reports and maintaining documentation using tools such as MS Word and Excel.
