Role Overview
The Chief Integrity & Ethics Officer is responsible for leading the organization's efforts in maintaining high standards of integrity, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance. The role involves developing comprehensive frameworks to prevent corruption, fraud, and misconduct while fostering a transparent corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement corporate integrity, ethics, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
Oversee anti-corruption initiatives and robust fraud prevention mechanisms.
Lead thorough investigations into reported ethical breaches and professional misconduct.
Establish and manage whistleblower protection systems and secure reporting channels.
Ensure the company remains in strict alignment with regulatory requirements and national governance standards.
Provide strategic advice to the Board and Executive Management regarding ethical risk exposure and mitigation.
Drive organization-wide ethics awareness training and lead culture change initiatives to promote integrity.
Skills and Qualifications
