The company is seeking a Chief Human Resource Officer (Employee Services) to lead employee services and HR operations. The role is critical in driving engagement and employee satisfaction initiatives while overseeing HR systems and service delivery improvements. Additionally, the successful candidate will support change management during the company's listing transition.
