Soroi Collection, a leading eco-luxury camp and lodge brand, is opening new units and is seeking self-motivated, passionate, and professionally qualified Chef De Parties to join their team. This is an opportunity to be part of an expanding luxury hospitality brand that delivers unforgettable safari and coastal experiences.

Positions are available for the following new locations:
Soroi Samburu Lodge – Samburu National Reserve
Soroi Laimara Amboseli – Amboseli National Reserve
Soroi Blue – Diani-Coastal region
Role Overview
As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific station or section of the kitchen. You will ensure that all culinary offerings meet the high standards of quality, presentation, and flavor expected by Soroi Collection's guests. This role requires a balance of technical culinary skill and the ability to work effectively in unique environments ranging from the wilderness to the coast.
Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes within your assigned section.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Manage kitchen inventory for your section to minimize waste and ensure efficiency.
Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff to maintain brand standards.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Professionally qualified with experience in high-end culinary environments (Safari lodges or luxury resorts experience is an advantage).
Qualities: Self-motivated, passionate about hospitality, and capable of working in remote or diverse settings.
Community Focus: Applicants from the local Maa, Samburu, and Coastal communities are strongly encouraged to apply for positions within their respective regions.
