Check Off Team Leader - Kisumu Branch

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of at least 10 active sales representatives/marketers.
• Growth Targets: Deliver monthly loan acquisition targets and expand the regional Check Off loan portfolio.
• Field Activation: Oversee staff performance through structured field activations and corporate client engagement.
• Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with lending processes, documentation standards, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with organizations for smooth payroll deduction processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 3+ years’ proven experience in Check Off loans, payroll lending, or microfinance services.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and managing productive sales teams.
• Track Record: Strong track record in portfolio growth, lead conversion, and client retention.
• Competencies: Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Professionalism: A results-driven leader with a reputation for professionalism and trustworthiness.
