Mwananchi Credit Limited is seeking a Check-Off Team Leader to drive the growth of our check-off loan products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, executing field strategies, and ensuring the achievement of portfolio targets within the microfinance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of 10+ marketers to ensure high performance and target achievement.
Drive the strategic uptake of check-off loan products within the target market.
Organize and lead outreach programs and field activations to generate business leads.
Consistently hit set sales targets and grow the company's loan portfolio.
Effectively convert leads into active clients while focusing on long-term growth and customer retention.
Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
Comprehensive knowledge of the check-off financing market and its regulatory environment.
Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams to deliver results.
Prior professional experience within the Microfinance Sector is essential.
