We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Controller to support monitoring and operational security. The role involves real-time monitoring of CCTV systems, fleet tracking, cargo movement coordination, and overseeing vehicle and delivery operations to ensure safety, accountability, and compliance with operational procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong observation, communication, and reporting skills, with the ability to respond promptly to incidents, monitor route compliance, and support efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV systems and fleet tracking platforms on a continuous basis.
Track vehicle movement and ensure route compliance via the cameras installed in trucks (MettaX and VSS platform).
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through camera monitoring.
Monitor loading and offloading of goods via the cameras.
Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and relevant departments during emergencies or operational challenges.
Review CCTV footage and tracking history when required for investigations.
Prepare daily operational and tracking reports.
Education and Experience Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Security Management, Information Technology, Logistics, Transport Management, Criminology, or a security-related field.
Training in CCTV monitoring and GPS/fleet tracking systems, safety procedures, or emergency response is an added advantage.
Computer literacy and proficiency in CCTV monitoring systems.
Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, logistics coordination, or fleet tracking.
Experience in incident reporting and operational communication.
Experience in a transport or logistics environment is an added advantage.
