Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for training individuals in call center operations and customer experience management. You will play a key role in ensuring learners possess the communication skills, professional etiquette, and technical proficiency required to excel in service-oriented environments.
Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver training modules focused on call center operations, customer experience, and professional communication.
Coach learners on performance metrics, professionalism, and industry standards.
Provide hands-on instruction on CRM systems and effective call handling techniques.
Support training initiatives related to sales support and customer success environments.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Communication or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in call center operations or customer service.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of customer experience call handling and CRM systems.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in sales support or customer success environments.
Training Skills: Ability to train on professionalism, performance metrics, and communication. Previous teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
