Call Agent
This full-time role involves serving as the primary contact point for clients, managing inquiries, and providing technical support related to the company's portfolio of services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by applying strong communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic call center environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Qualification: Must possess a BA/BSc/HND.
Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency is required in both English and Swahili.
Technical Aptitude: Must be tech-savvy with basic knowledge of internet troubleshooting.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not strictly required.
Work Environment Fit: Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
