Business Development Representative - Security Systems

At Teltonika, we have been creating the internet of things (IoT) for over 20 years now and we want our products and solutions to be used globally and to become indispensible in any business. We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Nairobi, focusing on growth within East and West Africa. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in B2B security technology sales.### Responsibilities\n- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth in East and West Africa.\n- Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking.\n- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.\n- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.\n- Attend exhibitions and meetings to represent Teltonika and its security products.\n- Build and maintain a CRM database.\n- Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.### Requirements\n- Minimum 3 years' proven excellence in a Sales Executive or relevant sales role with B2B selling experience.\n- Strong understanding of the industry and ability to articulate insights regarding security tech sales in East and West Africa.\n- Excellent English skills (both spoken and written).\n- Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication skills.\n- Organised, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality.\n- Strong presentation and business communication skills.\n- Strong ability to establish and leverage industry-relevant rapport to support business growth.\n- Open to traveling across the region to grow the client base.\n- A go-getter attitude with a relentless pursuit of opportunities.### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified?
