Job Description
The Monarch Insurance is seeking to recruit Business Development Officers (BDOs) who will play a key role in driving business growth and implementing effective sales strategies. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the achievement of the company's corporate objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Drive business growth by implementing effective sales and market expansion strategies.
Support the achievement of corporate objectives focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
Monitor industry trends and developments within the Kenyan insurance market to identify new opportunities.
Execute sales presentations and close business deals with potential clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related course.
Professional qualification in Insurance or demonstrated progress towards certifications such as ACII, CII, or IIK.
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience selling general insurance products.
Deep knowledge of the insurance industry and the specific dynamics of the Kenyan market.
