Role Overview
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing corporate and insurance relationships, and enhancing the hospital's market position through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hospital's client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and other key stakeholders.
Present healthcare services and packages to potential corporate partners effectively.
Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for improvement and growth.
Use MS Excel for data analysis and reporting on performance metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Commerce (Marketing option) or a related business field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or business development, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Corporate/Insurance structures and healthcare client needs.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills; results-driven, innovative, and self-motivated.
