CDL Human Resource is seeking a Business Development Manager – Enterprise IT to join their team. The primary purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth through the management of existing customer accounts and the strategic development of new business opportunities within the Enterprise IT sector. The successful candidate will manage the complete sales cycle and align the company's value propositions with customer business objectives to solve complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts and identify additional business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Market Expansion: Develop and nurture new targeted accounts to expand the company's footprint.
Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and relationship management to the final collection of payments.
Target Performance: Achieve defined sales targets and provide comprehensive quarterly reports on performance metrics.
Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and strengthen the relationship between the customer and the company.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met.
Consultative Selling: Assist customers in navigating difficult business challenges by aligning technological solutions with their strategic goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Sales Experience: A minimum of 5–10 years of professional experience in Enterprise IT Products & Services Sales.
Account Management: At least 5–10 years of proven experience in account management roles.
Industry Expertise: Must have experience specifically selling Enterprise IT products and providing account management support.
Sector Knowledge: Demonstrated sales success within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Government, or Insurance sectors is required.
Financial Achievement: Experience working in an organization where the minimum handled sales target was at least USD 1 million in gross profit.
