This contract role is for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Test Manager to take on a dual role across two strategic projects: Payment Solutions (EM-Tech Integration) and Digital Loan Origination. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the requirements lifecycle and ensuring the quality and integrity of the new platforms. This is a critical position requiring a hands-on approach to both business analysis and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for the payment and loan origination platforms.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and implement a comprehensive UAT strategy. This includes preparing test plans, creating detailed test scripts, and coordinating UAT with business stakeholders.
- Defect Management: Actively manage the defect resolution process, from logging and tracking issues to collaborating with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager, developers, and business units to ensure requirements are well-defined and understood.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Expertise in preparing UAT strategies and developing test scripts.
- Experience in defect management and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in the financial services or FinTech industry is a strong plus.
Academic Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business Administration or any other Business-related degree.
- Hold at least one BA certification.
