We are seeking motivated, reliable, and results-driven individuals with experience in retail or electronics sales to join our team as a Branch Supervisor. This role is central to managing operations and driving success at our Nakuru branch.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Nakuru branch.
Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to achieve performance targets.
Ensure high standards of customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
Drive sales performance within a fast-paced retail environment.
Maintain brand standards and ensure clear communication within the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
A BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in retail or electronics sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure sales environment.
Leadership and team management competencies.
