Platinum Credit Limited, a leading credit-only Micro-Finance Company licensed in Kenya, is seeking a qualified and experienced Branch Manager to lead its operations in Kikuyu. Founded in 2003, Platinum Credit provides emergency loans to Civil Servants, TSC members, and employees of selected companies, with a focus on swift delivery and excellent customer service. This specific role focuses on managing the Asset Finance (Logbook Finance - LBF) loans portfolio.
Role Purpose
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Kikuyu branch, driving growth in the Asset Finance segment while ensuring operational efficiency and high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and administration of the Kikuyu branch.
Drive the growth and performance of the Asset Finance (Logbook Finance - LBF) loan portfolio.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the branch team to achieve set targets and maintain high performance levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and micro-finance regulations.
Deliver swift customer service, ensuring loan processing is handled with minimum bureaucracy.
Monitor and manage the branch loan portfolio to maintain low levels of non-performing loans.
Foster positive relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders within the Kikuyu region.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution.
Practical knowledge and experience in Asset Finance (Logbook Finance - LBF) Loans is a mandatory requirement.
Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
