KCB Bank Kenya is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager for the Hola Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, managing asset and liability portfolios, growing the customer base, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with risk management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Profitability & Cost Management: Achieve profitability targets through revenue maximisation and prudent cost management.
Portfolio Growth: Grow and monitor branch’s liability and asset portfolios to achieve business targets.
Customer Retention & Acquisition: Grow the customer base, ensure retention of existing customers through a high level of customer satisfaction and cross-selling.
Branch Management: Overall management of the branch through efficient utilization of resources.
Service Delivery: Delivery of excellent customer service through maintenance of high service standards.
Risk Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework.
Team Leadership: Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Digital Migration: Champion digital migration in the branch.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in a Business-Related field from a recognized institution.
Training: Cash Management Training is required.
Banking Experience: A minimum of 8 years of General Banking experience, with at least 2 years at the Branch Manager level.
Operations Experience: Should have at least 6 months’ experience in Branch Operations (Cash, Clearing, Accounts & Administration).
Role-Specific Experience: At least 4 years’ experience in any of the following roles:
Personal/Business/Retail Banking or Sales Manager.
