Branch Manager (Forex Bureau)

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Assist in the overall management of the bureau’s daily operations to ensure smooth business transactions.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and support the front-office team in handling forex transactions efficiently and accurately. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Central Bank guidelines, AML policies, and KYC procedures. Maintain accurate records and reports for audit and regulatory inspections.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase forex transaction volumes.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, daily transaction summaries, and management reports.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a forex bureau, banking, or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of foreign exchange operations, financial regulations, and risk management.
• Familiarity with Central Bank regulations and AML/KYC compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
