Key Responsibilities and Duties
Portfolio Growth: Drive the growth of the branch's asset and liability books to increase market share and profitability.
Operational Compliance: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure they align with established internal policies and procedures.
Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and develop branch staff, ensuring a clear succession plan is in place for business continuity.
Performance Management: Appraise and review staff performance against set branch targets and strategies.
Asset Oversight: Safeguard and manage the efficient use of branch assets in accordance with approved budgets.
Strategic Reporting: Develop branch-level strategies aligned with corporate goals and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
