Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is seeking a Billing Officer to manage the revenue cycle for a healthcare-related facility. The role is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate patient billing, processing insurance claims, and managing the overall revenue flow to ensure financial stability.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate patient invoices and process insurance claims efficiently.
Reconcile billing records regularly with hospital departments to ensure data integrity.
Follow up on outstanding payments and address rejected claims to maximize collections.
Prepare detailed revenue reports for management review.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA Part II or above is considered an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in billing or revenue cycle management, particularly in a hospital or medical setting.
