Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Bellman to join our team and provide exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel.
Assist guests with luggage and ensure items are handled with care.
Maintain the luggage room and long-term luggage store in a neat and orderly manner.
Maintain accurate VIP, Group, and individual arrivals reports.
Attend to guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities and local areas.
Determine and ensure compliance with all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.
Evaluate the everyday status of the hotel and coordinate with various departments such as reservations, sales, and housekeeping to ensure an optimal level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree, Higher National Diploma, or equivalent (BA/BSc/HND).
At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
Proficiency in the Opera Property Management System is required.
A hospitality background is highly preferred.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
