Our client is seeking energetic and sales-driven Beauty Sales Representatives to join their growing team across multiple branches in Nairobi. The ideal candidates must have experience in beauty product sales, maintain a neat and professional appearance, and possess a strong passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell beauty and skincare products to walk-in clients.
Provide product advice and demonstrations where necessary.
Maintain stock displays and ensure product knowledge accuracy.
Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for commissions.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
2–3 years’ experience in a beauty or cosmetics retail environment.
Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-driven and results-oriented.
