Role Summary

CJs' Restaurants is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and passionate Barista to join our team in Nairobi. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, managing bar inventory, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and creatively mix ingredients for various drinks.
• Evaluate customer preferences to offer tailored recommendations while maintaining a fast-paced workflow.
• Manage bar inventory, conduct stock verifications, and adhere to specific serving sizes for cost efficiency.
• Follow designated pastry baking schedules (starting as early as 4:30 am or 5:00 am) and uphold strict food safety and hygiene policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Background: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
• Demonstrated experience as a barista or bartender with comprehensive knowledge of beverage preparation techniques.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate professional dedicated to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Exceptional physical fitness and stamina to handle a demanding, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Consistent honesty, excellent communication skills, and strict adherence to personal grooming standards.
