Job Description
The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is providing industrial attachment opportunities for students specializing in Library and Information Science. This program is designed to offer continuing undergraduate and diploma students practical work experience and exposure to the professional environment within a public sector institution. Interns will apply their academic knowledge to real-world library and information management tasks, supporting the Authority's mission in efficient record management.
Requirements
Be a Kenyan Citizen aged below 35 years.
Should be a continuing 1st degree student (Undergraduate) in their 3rd, 4th, and final year of study, or a Diploma student in their final year from a recognized University/College.
Should have a valid introduction letter from the University/College.
Must be available full-time for the three-month duration of the program.
Important Information
Duration: The program lasts for three (3) months and is not subject to extension.
Monthly Stipend: A stipend of KShs. 7,000 for undergraduates and diploma students will be paid (subject to applicable statutory deductions).
Documentation: If selected, candidates must submit proof of valid Personal Accident Insurance Cover, copies of KRA PIN certificate, NHIF/SHIF, NSSF, ID card, and Bank Account details.
Transparency: The Authority does not charge any fee for this recruitment process.
