Key Roles
Translate business requirements into technical system specifications.
Manage core banking system enhancements, upgrades, and software releases.
Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex data Integrity issues.
Oversee IT support officers to ensure optimal system stability and uptime.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-7 years experience as a system analyst.
Strong proficiency in SQL database, relational databases management, reporting tools and familiarity with core banking platforms.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and IT vendor management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
