The Assistant Field Sales Manager will support the Field Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing field agents, and identifying new market opportunities in the Maua area. \n\n### Responsibilities\n- Support the Field Sales Manager in achieving sales targets within the assigned area.\n- Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training new Field Agents.\n- Accompany Field Agents during field activities, providing coaching, support and performance feedback.\n- Work closely with the Field Sales Manager to monitor market dynamics, including customer behaviour, product demand and competitor activities and provide timely feedback to management.\n- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to lead generation strategies.\n- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement local sales initiatives.\n\n### Requirements\n- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or micro-finance, preferably in rural areas.\n- Experience in supporting or managing sales teams is an added advantage.\n- Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.\n- Ability to plan, strategize and act to achieve set outcomes.\n- Minimum education qualification of a diploma in a relevant field is an added advantage.
