Analyst, Pricing and Portfolio Management (PPM)

CarePay is a Kenyan company that administers conditional healthcare payments between funders, patients and healthcare providers. Through our M-TIBA platform, CarePay directs funds from public and private funders directly to patients into a "health wallet" on their mobile phone. The use of these funds is restricted to conditional spending at selected health providers. If you have an interest in the intersection of analytics and healthcare, then this role is for you.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Design and implement analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.\n* Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for real-time performance tracking.\n* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the team and other internal/external stakeholders.\n* Proactively support colleagues in provider engagements as needed.\n* Build, own, and manage various client relationships as necessary.\n* Ensure accuracy and consistency of own/team reports.\n* Build and continuously improve internal processes to ensure compliance, consistency across client portfolios, and scalability.\n* Provide any other relevant support as needed.\n\n### Educational Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience\n* Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or other hard sciences).\n* 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical professional environment; healthcare experience is a plus.\n* Advanced in data analysis, financial modelling, and building data visualizations.\n* Must be proficient (not beginner) in SQL and Microsoft Excel.\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the CarePay Ltd application portal: .
