The Alliance Market Lead – ServiceNow is an Associate Director-level role responsible for converting KPMG's ServiceNow Elite Partner status into a consistent, growing stream of signed, delivering, and revenue-generating engagements across Africa. This role manages the commercial relationship with ServiceNow, develops the joint pipeline, shapes complex ServiceNow-led opportunities into KPMG propositions, and drives the bid-to-close process for all ServiceNow alliance-originated deals. The Alliance Market Lead is personally accountable for ServiceNow alliance-attributed revenue at maturity and is KPMG's primary commercial relationship owner with ServiceNow's partner organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alliance Ownership: Act as KPMG's primary commercial relationship owner with the ServiceNow partner organization across Africa.
Revenue Generation: Take personal accountability for signed and delivering revenue-generating engagements originating from the ServiceNow alliance.
Pipeline Management: Lead the development of a joint pipeline and oversee the bid-to-close process for all ServiceNow alliance-originated deals.
Proposition Development: Shape complex technology-led opportunities into compelling KPMG service propositions.
Commercial Relationship Management: Manage commercial incentive structures and ensure the maintenance of Elite Partner status requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A relevant degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Certifications: ServiceNow Sales certifications are preferred (Accredited Sales Engineer or equivalent).
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in technology sales, business development, or alliance management.
At least 5 years of specific experience within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem context.
Proven track record of personally originating and closing ServiceNow-led technology deals.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of ServiceNow's partner programme, Elite Partner requirements, and commercial incentive structures.
Networking: An established professional network within ServiceNow's partner and enterprise sales organisation.
