Key Responsibilities
Lead AI Ops Engineers: Manage two AI Ops Engineers, overseeing their delivery, development, and daily tasks.
Prioritization: Manage competing requests from multiple teams using a clear prioritization framework that you will help develop and improve.
Build and Ship: Create and deploy automations and agents that measurably enhance the efficiency of internal teams and customer-facing staff.
Tooling Stack Management: Maintain a healthy AI tooling stack as usage scales across 2,500+ employees.
Technology Foresight: Stay updated on emerging AI tools and technologies, distinguishing practical value from marketing hype.
Training Support: Assist in refining AI training for the broader organization, including Engineering teams.
Technical Environment
AI & Agentic Frameworks: Claude, Claude Code, Anthropic tooling, LangChain, MCP, Google ADK (or similar agentic tooling).
