Solvo Global is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to transform business needs into scalable solutions through artificial intelligence and automation. This role is ideal for technical experts capable of designing and deploying AI-driven automation solutions and autonomous agents to streamline repetitive tasks and provide decision support. You will be working extensively with agent orchestration platforms and the Microsoft ecosystem to improve operational efficiency and implement robust AI architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy AI-driven automation solutions and autonomous agents for repetitive tasks and decision support.
Manage agent orchestration using platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Azure AI, and OpenAI.
Optimize workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (both Cloud and Desktop versions).
Integrate solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Dataverse.
Implement and manage Azure architectures such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure AI Services.
Ensure all deployments comply with data governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
Profile Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND in a technical or related field.
Advanced proficiency in the English language.
3 to 6+ years of professional experience in AI development, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
Solid experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
A proven track record of building AI agents or solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, GPT, or Azure OpenAI.
Practical knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and complex systems integration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
