Jubilee Insurance is looking for an Agency Service Officer to provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and servicing support to the agency distribution channel. The role holder will ensure efficient onboarding, accurate data management, seamless commission processing, and regulatory compliance while effectively resolving agent queries. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the agent experience, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the growth, productivity, and retention of the agency force in line with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the agency distribution channel.
Manage efficient agent onboarding processes and maintain accurate agent data records.
Execute seamless and accurate commission processing for agents.
Ensure all agency activities and documentation comply with industry regulatory requirements.
Act as a primary point of contact for agent queries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Enhance agent experience through proactive support and professional service.
Support initiatives aimed at improving the productivity and retention of the agency distribution force.
Requirements and Qualifications
Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Certifications: A professional insurance qualification (e.g., COP, IIK, ACII, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with insurance or agency management systems.
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in insurance operations, agency administration, or financial services.
Specific Expertise: Prior experience supporting agency or distribution channels is a strong advantage.
Functional Experience: Experience in commission processing, data management, or customer/agent servicing roles.
Regulatory Knowledge: Exposure to regulatory requirements within the insurance industry is preferred.
