New Agrodeal Kenya Limited is looking for an Advocate to handle legal matters for both The Great Rift Valley Retreat and New Agrodeal Kenya Limited. The role has a strong focus on land law (title, conveyancing, transfers, and disputes), alongside general contract and compliance work.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and land buyers/investors.
Handle land matters: title verification, conveyancing, subdivision, and transfers.
Ensure compliance with Kenyan laws on agriculture, exports, labor, land, and corporate governance.
Manage dispute resolution and liaise with regulators and authorities.
Advise management on legal risk across both companies.
Qualifications and Requirements
LL.B and admission to the Bar in Kenya, in good standing.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Legal, with land law and Commercial Real Estate expertise required.
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Agribusiness, real estate, or export trade experience is an added advantage.
High ethical standards and ability to manage multiple matters independently.
Authorized to work in Kenya.
