We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts & Finance Intern to join our team.
Role Purpose
This internship provides an opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance within the real estate sector. The intern will support the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and documentation.
Responsibilities
Assist the finance team in daily accounting tasks and bookkeeping.
Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
Perform data entry tasks into accounting systems or spreadsheets with high accuracy.
Help in organizing and filing physical and digital financial documents.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting functions.
Assist in bank reconciliations and tracking company expenses.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
Recently completed a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Knowledge of accounting software is considered an added advantage.
