Our foundation is rooted in the belief that quality retail experiences shouldn't be a luxury, but a right available to all.\n\n### Job Responsibilities\n- Reconcile daily POS collections against system reports and actively investigate any cashier shortages or overages.\n- Process high-volume vendor invoices (FMCG, fresh produce, etc.) and reconcile supplier statements for timely payments.\n- Assist in periodic store stock-takes and help investigate inventory variances.\n- Manage branch petty cash disbursements and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.\n- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns (KRA, NSSF, NHIF).\n- Maintain a highly organized physical and digital filing system for fast retrieval during audits.\n\n### Requirements\n- Must hold a minimum of CPA Part II.\n- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.\n- Previous experience working in a supermarket, retail chain, or FMCG environment is highly desirable.\n- Proficiency in modern retail accounting software, ERPs, and Microsoft Excel.\n- High level of integrity, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle the pressure of daily retail deadlines.\n\n### Key Skills\n- Clear written and verbal communication for dealing with suppliers and branch staff.\n- High accuracy in data entry, reconciliations, and spotting invoice discrepancies.\n- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet strict month-end deadlines in a fast-paced retail setting.\n- Strong numerical ability to analyze sales data and investigate till shortages.\n- Highly trustworthy when handling sensitive financial data and cash records.
