Role Description
The Accounting Teacher will provide technology-based education to students from diverse backgrounds. The role involves fostering a fellowship of learning through dedicated study while promoting personal growth, integrity, and self-discipline. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the accounting curriculum effectively, ensuring students achieve their full potential in the subject.
Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver high-quality accounting lessons aligned with the British National Curriculum.
Integrate technology and IT-based tools into the teaching and learning process.
Foster an environment of personal growth, integrity, and self-discipline among students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
Commit to continuous professional development and the school's mission of academic excellence.
Care for student welfare and contribute to the school's community spirit.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience teaching accounting in an international school setting.
Professional Registration: Mandatory registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
Certification: Valid teaching qualification is a mandatory requirement.
Skills: Must be highly IT savvy and capable of using educational technology effectively.
