We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to lead our IT sales efforts in Kenya. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technology solutions and our clients’ business goals, managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final payment collection. If you have a knack for building lasting partnerships and a proven track record in the East African IT sector, we’d love to have you on the team.
Responsibilities
Managing existing customer accounts and fostering the relationship between the customer and the company.
Developing additional business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Identifying and developing new targeted accounts.
Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting and relationship management up to payment collections.
Working toward sales targets and reporting on a quarterly basis to attain objectives.
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
Helping customers solve difficult business challenges by aligning our value proposition with their business objectives.
Requirements
BA/BSc/HND degree qualification.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the area of IT Products & Services Sales.
Minimum 5+ years of Account Management experience is mandatory.
Working experience in East Africa will be an advantage.
A proven track record in sales is a requirement.
