Naomi's Village is looking for an Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) Supervisor to oversee the operations of our Learning Center. The Supervisor will ensure that individualized learning approaches are executed effectively, applying ACE procedures and protocols to guide children and adolescents.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Christian Education, Special Needs Education, or a related field.
Must be a trained and certified ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) Supervisor, with a strong understanding of ACE procedures, protocols, and Learning Center operations.
Minimum of 2 years' teaching or educational supervision experience.
Experience working with children and adolescents.
Strong understanding of individualized learning approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Must be firm and assertive.
